Geçerli pasaportları veya pasaport yerine geçen belge ile giriş yapan yabancılar, geldikleri ülkeye uygulanan vize veya vize muafiyeti süresince ülkemizde konaklayabilirler. Ancak vize veya vize muafiyeti süresinden daha fazla süreyle kalmak isteyen yabancılar, ikamet tezkeresi almak zorundadırlar.

SHORT TERM RESIDENCE PERMIT

Those, who come to Turkey within visa from our consulates, banderole visa or visa exemption, can be given 6 months’ residence permit at the end of these periods within the provisions concerning residence permits. This residence permit is given once in a calender year. When touristic residence permit is required again, it can be given 3 months after the end of a calender year.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

• Residence Proclamation Form
• 4 passport photos
• The original of the passport
• Copy of the passport (Page with the photo, page which indicates the last entrance, page which indicates the validity period)
• Residence permit fee (Paid to Foreigners’ Department after submitting the complete documents)
• Fee receipt of the fee paid to the revenue counter
