We are looking for rare talents.
Avci Architects is evolving. Over 35 years of practice — award-winning, internationally active, specialists in sustainability — and we are looking for people ready to move into the future with us. Not to fill seats. To be the next generation of this studio.
We want you early.
A year in practice, maybe three. Long enough to know how a real office works — the deadlines, the gap between a great sketch and a buildable detail, the client who changes their mind on a Friday. Not so long that another place has finished shaping you. That gap is exactly where we are looking. Having one to three years of relevant experience is considered advantageous.
We are not searching for qualifications. We are searching for qualities.
A driven allrounder who wants to know everything — not because they were told to, but because they cannot help it. Someone who already understands that God is in the details. Not afraid of AI but commanding it — fluent in Midjourney, Kling, Mnml, Claude and wherever the tools are heading — while still able to put pencil to paper and make something worth showing. An ego that pushes you forward. We also expect you to be proficient with conventional tools such as CAD and SketchUp.
This practice is 35 years old. The question now is what it looks like for the next 35.
The people who come in at this moment have the chance to be part of that answer — to take ownership of a studio that is deliberately reconstructing itself, and to grow inside it as it does. We are not looking for people to fill roles. We are looking for the next generation of Avci Architects.
If you recognise yourself in this, you probably belong here. Send us your portfolio. Tell us your story. Tell us what drives you.

Confidential Villa Project | Muğla
Conceived as if distilled from a child’s imagination, the project proposes an intuitive, rule-free way of living deeply connected to nature. Set within Muğla’s natural landscape, with a stream flowing directly in front of the site, the house establishes a fluid relationship between courtyard, water, and landscape, shaping everyday life through calm and continuous spatial experiences.
The single-storey layout is articulated through natural stone and timber elements, while the elevated structure responds to seasonal rainfall, giving the architecture a light and balanced expression. Seamless transitions between indoor and outdoor spaces create a serene atmosphere that carefully balances privacy with openness to nature.

Housing Diamniadio Dakar is a large-scale residential development that places social life at the core of collective living.
Conceived as an integrated neighborhood rather than a series of housing blocks, the project is structured around generous outdoor spaces that encourage interaction, recreation, and everyday encounters.
The master plan is shaped by a network of landscaped courtyards, swimming pools, shaded terraces, and pedestrian-friendly paths, creating a layered social environment for residents of all ages. Ground-level amenities, communal facilities, and recreational areas are seamlessly embedded into the site, supporting an active lifestyle and strengthening the sense of community.
Architectural massing is carefully articulated to maintain a human scale while responding to local climate conditions. Shaded open spaces, water elements, and vegetation contribute to thermal comfort and enhance the quality of shared outdoor life. By balancing private living with well-defined communal areas, the project aims to foster a sustainable, inclusive, and socially vibrant residential environment in Diamniadio.

Confidential Office Campus is shaped by a multi-volume configuration organized around a green spine, forming a sequence of interconnected courtyards. The permeability between buildings allows the landscape to act as an architectural layer, seamlessly merging indoors and outdoors.
A responsive shading façade, natural ventilation strategies, and daylight optimization come together to define the project’s sustainable architectural language.
Emerging from the density of the urban fabric, the campus establishes its own microclimate — a workplace shaped by the rhythm of light, shade, and nature.
A measured yet impactful evolution of how architecture engages with its environment.
