✨Book launch in Astana for the “History of the Ottoman State and Civilization”
in Kazakh language

The Kazakh language edition of the 2-volume History of the Ottoman State and Civilization resulting from the joint project of “Bilim-Qazyna” Public Foundation and IRCICA was introduced to the world of learning with a high-profile international ceremony in Astana, Kazakhstan, on 20 May 2026. The ceremony conducted under the direction of Dr. Seyyid Muhammed Abdunaim, President of “Bilim-Qazyna” Public Foundation, was addressed by IRCICA Director General Prof. Mahmud Erol Kılıç, the Director of the National Centre for Manuscripts and Rare Books of the Republic of Kazakhstan Dr. Anuar Dulatbekuly, the Coordinator of the Translation Project Prof. Ashirbek Muminov; the Director of Yunus Emre Turkish Cultural Center in Astana Dr. Gülmira Eshmanova; and Professors Satay Sızdikov and Rahimjan Turisbek from L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University, before a large audience.

✨Kazakça “Osmanlı Devleti ve Medeniyeti Tarihi” tanıtım töreni Astana'da yapıldı

“Bilim-Kazına” Kamu Vakfı ve IRCICA'nın ortak projesiyle ortaya çıkan 2 ciltlik “Osmanlı Devleti ve Medeniyeti Tarihi” kitabının Kazakça baskısı 20 Mayıs 2026’da Astana’da Vakfın Başkanı Dr. Seyyid Muhammed Abdunaim'in yönettiği bir törenle kültür ve basın çevrelerine tanıtıldı. Törende konuşmaları IRCICA Genel Direktörü Prof. Mahmud Erol Kılıç, Kazakistan Ulusal El Yazmaları ve Nadir Eserler Merkezi Direktörü Dr. Anuar Dulatbekuly, Projenin Koordinatörü Prof. Ashirbek Muminov, Astana Yunus Emre Türk Kültür Enstisüsü Müdürü Gülmira Eşmenova, ve L.N. Gumilyov Avrasya Ulusal Üniversitesinden Prof. Satay Sızdikov ve Prof. Rahimjan Turisbek yaptılar.

✨Meeting with Prof. Yerlan Sydykov, Rector of L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University, Astana

IRCICA Director General Prof. Mahmud Erol Kılıç paid a courtesy visit to Prof. Yerlan Sydykov, a historian, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Honored Worker of Kazakhstan, and since 2011 Rector of L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University, Astana; the meeting took place on 18 May 2026, with exchanges on the ongoing academic cooperation between the University and IRCICA.

IRCICA Genel Direktörü Prof. Mahmud Erol Kılıç Kazakistan, Astana'da L.N. Gumilyov Avrasya Ulusal Üniversitesi Rektörü Prof. Yerlan Sydykov'a 18 Mayıs 2026'da ziyarette bulundu; tarih ilimleri doktoru, Kazakistan Cumhuriyeti Ulusal Bilimler Akademisi üyesi, Kazakistan "Onursal Çalışanı" ve 2011'den beri üniversitenin Rektörü olan Prof. Sydykov ile devam eden işbirliği üzerine görüş alışverişinde bulunuldu.

✨Arşiv uzmanı İskender Türe’yi anma günü 21 Mayıs’ta IRCICA’da

Yazılı arşivler tasnif ve incelemelerinin değerli uzmanı, araştırmacı ve yazar İskender Türe vefatının 7. yılında, son olarak görev yaptığı IRCICA’da Türk Arşivciler Derneği ile birlikte düzenlenecek toplantıyla anılacaktır. 21 Mayıs 2026 Perşembe saat 15.00’teki toplantıya tüm ilgililer davetlidir.
