وفي مواجهة هذه الظروف، قامت صالة في مدينة #الدانا بتقديم الألبسة المجانية دعماً لعائلات المعلمين في مؤسسة إتقان للتعليم والتنمية.

نظمت الهيئة الإنسانية للإغاثة والتنمية HRD برنامجاً تدريبياً مخصصاً لكوادر دار العجزة والمسنين في #حماة, وذلك بهدف تحسين جودة الرعاية المقدمة لكبار السن.

تناول البرنامج محاور أساسية، أبرزها التعرف على التحديات الصحية والنفسية والاجتماعية التي يواجهها كبار السن، وآليات توفير بيئة آمنة وداعمة تلبي احتياجاتهم. كما شمل التدريب تقديم نصائح ومقترحات عملية لمقدمي الرعاية لتحسين كفاءتهم وتعزيز قدراتهم في التعامل مع كبار السن بشكل مهني وإنساني.

The Humanitarian Association for Relief and Development (HRD) organized a specialized training program for the staff of the elderly care home in , aimed at improving the quality of care provided to senior citizens.

The program covered key topics, including understanding the health, psychological, and social challenges faced by the elderly, and mechanisms for creating a safe and supportive environment that meets their needs. The training also offered practical advice and recommendations for caregivers to enhance their efficiency and improve their skills in providing professional and compassionate care to the elderly.
