The feature that distinguish this Neoclassical project is the distinctive artistic decoration in the middle part of the facade, which is made of GRC material.
Furthermore, the most prominent Neoclassical features can be noticed through the cornices, the crown of the building, and finally the wrought metal on the balconies.

Bu konut binasında cephe, bir yandan korularının neoklasik tarzında, diğer yandan konut işlevine uygun ve ona farklı bir estetik kazandırdığı için tasarlanmıştır.
Balkonlarda ferforje kullanımı ve cepheye özel bir estetik kazandıran söve malzemesi gibi bu mimari tarzını (modern klasisizm) gösterme sürecinde yardımcı olan yapı malzemelerinin yanı sıra.
