As we designed LA121 as a conceptual project, we particularly emphasized creating a functional scheme that can accommodate diverse needs. The three-story building can also be planned as two stories: as ground floor and upper floor, or as ground floor and basement floor if desired.
Also, one can turn the basement into a section independent from the other floors without disturbing
the visual integrity thanks to the separators and doors placed on terraces.——

LA121’i konsept bir proje olarak tasarladığımız için farklı ihtiyaçlara uygunluk sağlayabilecek bir fonksiyon şeması oluşturmak özellikle üzerinde durduğumuz bir unsur oldu. Üç katlı bina istenildiği takdirde zemin ve üst kat; ya da zemin ve bodrum kat olmak üzere iki katlı da planlanabiliyor.
Ayrıca teraslarda görsel bütünlüğü bozmadan yerleştirilen separatör ve kapılar sayesinde istenildiğinde bodrum kat diğer katlardan ayrı bağımsız bir bölüme dönüşebiliyor.

Located on a 1,400 square-meter plot (the minimum requirement for this alternative), the project’s total construction area stands at 740 square meters on three floors excluding terraces: 250 square meters on the ground floor, 230 square meters on the upper floor and 260 square meters on the basement floor.
The ground floor consists of the main hall, kitchen, garage, living room, technical room, bathroom, and a 140 square-meter ground terrace surrounding these spaces from three sides. The upper floor includes a master suite, a guest suite, two rooms, a bathroom, and a laundry room. And the basement consists of a multi-space office suite, wine cellar, spa, gym, pool bar, and bathroom spaces.——

1.400 m² (bu alternatif için minimum ihtiyaç olan) arsa üzerinde yer alan proje teraslar hariç 250 m² giriş katı, 230 m² üst kat ve 260 m² bodrum kat olmak üzere üç katta toplam 740 m² inşaat alanına sahip.
Evin zemin katında ana hol, mutfak, garaj, günlük hayat alanı olarak adlandırdığımız salon, teknik oda, banyo ve bu mekanları üç taraftan saran 140 m² zemin terası; üst katta ebeveyn oda ve banyosu, misafir oda ve banyosu dışında iki adet oda, bir banyo ve çamaşır odası; bodrum katta ise çok mekânlı bir ofis dairesi, şarap kavı, spa-spor salonu, havuz bar ve banyo mekanları yer alıyor.

We call the main hall the “Hall of Life” due to its visual relationship with the Tree of Life.
On the ground floor, the entrance door opens directly into the Hall of Life. The Hall of Life is a passage space that connects all spaces directly or indirectly, but its volume and location transform it into what is more than just a place to pass through; evoking the feeling of life once you are in it, this space supports the visual and emotional relationship of the household. The daily living space, kitchen, garage, and other spaces of the house are located on the right and left sides of this hall.

Ana holü ‘Hayat Ağacı’ ile olan görsel ilişkisi nedeniyle ‘Hayat Holü’ olarak adlandırdık.
Zemin katta giriş kapısı direkt olarak Hayat
Holü ’ne açılıyor. Hayat Holü ise tüm mekanları direkt ya da dolaylı olarak birbirine bağlayan bir geçiş mekânı olmakla birlikte hacmi ve konumu onu içinden geçilen bir mekân olmaktan daha fazla; içinde yaşama hissi uyandıran ve ev halkının görsel ve duygusal ilişkisini destekleyen bir mekâna dönüştürüyor. Evin günlük hayat alanı, mutfak, garaj ve diğer mekanları bu holün sağ ve sol taraflarında yer alıyor.
