🌿💜 Lavender Session💜🌿

We often hear the word “beauty” and think of appearance, but in our Lavender session, we explored a deeper meaning… the kind of beauty that creates belonging.

We spoke about the beauty found in giving, cooperation, and respect, and how a place becomes part of us when we invest our time, care, and presence in building it.

We also reflected on the role of women in shaping this beauty; they leave a clear and meaningful impact that contributes to building a more cohesive and mature society, adding real and essential value to public life and to the process of change.

We discovered that the most beautiful places are not only where we live, but those we help shape and give their spirit.


🌿💜 جلسة لافندر💜🌿

عندما نسمع كلمة الجمال قد يتبادر إلى أذهاننا الشكل والمظهر، لكننا في جلسة لافندر بحثنا عن الجمال الأعمق… الجمال الذي يصنع الانتماء.

تحدثنا عن الجمال الذي يسكن في العطاء والتعاون والاحترام، وكيف يتحول المكان إلى جزء منّا عندما نمنحه من وقتنا واهتمامنا ونشارك في بنائه.

كما توقفنا عند دور المرأة في هذا الجمال؛ فهي تترك أثرًا واضحًا ومؤثرًا، يسهم في بناء مجتمع أكثر تماسكًا ونضجًا، ويضيف قيمة حقيقية وأساسية في تشكيل الحياة العامة وصناعة التغيير.

واكتشفنا أن أجمل الأماكن ليست التي نعيش فيها فقط، بل التي نُسهم في تشكيل روحها.

قمنا بتنظيم نشاط لإعادة التدوير والزراعة 🌱

في مدينة تدمر، حيث خلّفت الحرب الكثير من الدمار ومخلفات أثّرت على البيئة، أردنا أن نبدأ بخطوة بسيطة تُشعر الناس أن بإمكانهم إضافة شيء جميل للمكان من جديد.

أحضر كل شخص علبة كانت مخصصة للنفايات، وقمنا بتحويلها إلى أحواض زراعة صغيرة، ثم زرعناها وزيّنا بها منازلنا 🌿

وقالت إحدى المشاركات بعد النشاط إنها كانت قد فقدت الأمل برؤية المدينة تعود كما كانت، وكانت تفكر بمغادرتها، لكن بعد هذه التجربة شعرت أن التعاون والعمل معًا يمكن أن يعيد الحياة والجمال إلى المدينة يومًا ما 🤍

وأضافت أن النشاط منحها حماسًا لتضع جهدها في إعمار مدينتها بدل التفكير بتركها.

والآن ندعو أهالي مدينة تدمر للانضمام إلينا بعد العيد، للمشاركة في إعادة تأهيل إحدى الحدائق من خلال إعادة التدوير والزراعة، ولنصنع معًا مساحة أجمل للمجتمع 🌱

We organized a recycling and planting activity 🌱

In the city of Palmyra, where the war left destruction and waste that affected the environment, we wanted to begin with a simple step that reminds people they can still bring beauty back to their surroundings.

Each person brought a container that was originally meant to be thrown away, and together we transformed it into small planting pots, filling them with plants and bringing them into our homes 🌿

One participant shared that she had lost hope in seeing the city recover and had even been thinking about leaving. But after this activity, she felt that cooperation and working together could one day bring life and beauty back to the city 🤍

She added that the experience motivated her to put her energy into rebuilding her city instead of leaving it behind.

Now, we invite the people of Palmyra to join us after Eid in rehabilitating a public garden through recycling and planting, so together we can create a more beautiful space for the community 🌱

اجتمعنا في الحديقة من أجل الرسم، لكن النشاط كان أكثر من مجرد ألوان ولوحات 🎨🌿

شارك كل شخص طريقته الخاصة في التعبير عن الجمال، من خلال الرسومات، والقصص، وحتى الأطعمة التي أحضرها معه وارتبطت بذكرياته وما يحبّه.

وخلال الجلسة، تحدث البعض عن ضغوطات الدراسة والعمل والحياة اليومية، وقالت إحدى المشاركات:
“كان لدي ضغط كبير من الدراسة والعمل، لكن بمجرد أن رأيت الطبيعة وبدأت الرسم، شعرت أن هذه الضغوط بدأت تختفي.” 💜

أظهر النشاط كيف يمكن للطبيعة، والفن، والجلوس معًا أن يخلقوا لحظات من الراحة والهدوء والتواصل الإنساني.

We gathered in the garden for a drawing activity, but the experience was more than just colors and sketches 🎨🌿

Each person shared their own way of expressing beauty through drawings, stories, and even the food they brought, connected to their memories and what they love.

During the session, some participants spoke about the pressures of study, work, and daily life. One participant said:
“I was under a lot of pressure from studying and work, but as soon as I saw nature and started drawing, I felt that these pressures began to fade away.” 💜

The activity showed how nature, art, and being together can create moments of comfort, calm, and human connection.

ولأجل أن تصبح هذه الرؤية أوضح للجميع، استخدمنا الذكاء الاصطناعي لتحويل أفكارهم إلى تصاميم بصرية 🤖

تقسّم المشاركون إلى مجموعات، وتولى كل فريق تخطيط جزء مختلف من المدينة، مثل التعليم، والصحة، والمساحات العامة، والبيئة، والخدمات.

بدأ الجميع بتخيّل مدينة أكثر جمالًا وتنظيمًا وراحة للناس 🤍

وأخبرتنا إحدى المهندسات المعماريات المشاركات أنها لطالما حلمت بالمشاركة في تخطيط مدينتها بهذا الشكل، وأن التجربة منحتها دافعًا أكبر للعمل على مدن مستقبل أكثر إنسانية.

كما أعطت الجلسة الحضور أملًا بأن نرى مدننا يومًا ما جميلة كما تخيلناها معًا 🌿

Participants shared their visions of the beautiful cities they hope to live in 🌆🌿

To make these ideas clearer and more visible, we used artificial intelligence to transform their imagination into visual city designs 🤖

The participants were divided into groups, and each team took responsibility for planning a different part of the city, such as education, healthcare, public spaces, environment, and services.

Together, they began imagining cities that are more beautiful, organized, and comfortable for people 🤍

One of the architects who attended the session shared that she had always dreamed of planning her city in this way, and that the experience gave her greater motivation to work toward more human-centered cities in the future.

The session also gave participants hope that one day we may see our cities become as beautiful as we imagined them together 🌿
