God plans for you to prosper, have hope and a future. Our Spirit speaks to us through our discontent and longings.
Your longings are the blueprint/ picture of the life you are meant to have here on Earth.
Have you ever noticed that whatever you focus on or pay attention to, increase, grow and expand?
Many of us tend to focus and pay more attention to our jobs. And we get better at our jobs and our workplace value increases.
Sometimes we focus more on what’s missing in our life and we get more of what is missing.
We choose what to focus on and pay more attention to.
Take some time to notice you discontent and ask what would I love instead?
Put the “how” on hold.
If age, gender, time, money, education and experience were not restrictions, if you wave a magic wand, what would you love?
You can choose to focus more on those things you love.
God already given us everything we need to create that life we’ve been longing for.

There are 21 common patterns of inner barriers or block that people have. I’ve worked through a couple of them and I am finding for myself that ‘I am invisible’ and ‘I am alone’ but ‘I am not enough’ is coming up a lot for me right now and I’m finding that this identity of ‘I am not enough’ is showing up in my life as
• being other directed and chronically self-sacrificing,
• rarely be satisfied because I am focussed on other people’s needs and on external standards of perfection or success,
• take responsibility for other people's happiness, satisfaction and fulfilment,
• feel that I have to do more than everyone else to get the same amount of success and recognition,
• be overly diligent to care for the needs and upset of others, often foregoing my own in the process,
• feel as though I never have enough (time, money, attention, support, love, etc),
• frequently find myself burdened by too many obligations pulling me in all different directions.
These caused me to show up in life (to other people) in ways of being that generate evidences that validate the identity of ‘I am not enough’. In these ways of being, I:
• covertly saying self-depreciating and self-diminishing comments about myself, particularly when others try to praise and acknowledge me,
• generating debt,
• generate clutter in my space,
• do things from a sense of obligation rather than because they bring me joy,
• over give, over buy and overdo everything,
• lose myself in the needs of other people,
• not follow through on opportunities because things are never enough to satisfy me,
• undervalue and under present myself.
These inner patterns that show up for myself and the ways of being that I show up for others, led me to these beliefs that others:
• don’t value me,
• expect more from me than they do from others,
• always want more from me than I can realistically give.
And to have belief about life that there is never enough to go around (ie time, money, attention, support, resources, love, etc)
These inner patterns and ways of being affect others to often:
• feel that no matter how much they do to show their love and support, its never quite enough for me,
• become overly dependent upon me,
• learn to feel entitled to have me do more for less,
• feel frustrated and irritated with me when I take on more than I can realistically deliver on and then let them down,
• don’t trust me to keep my word on what I say I am going to do,
• feel as though I am settling for them.
Having this awareness, its getting clearer to me how I created my own reality.
