As fast food restaurants are everywhere, families and communities are leaving their traditional, often healthy, dietary patterns and adopting modern dietary patterns that are usually full of ready-to-eat foods with a high content of saturated fats, sugar and sodium, It lacks essential nutrients and fiber.

An increasing number of women are entering the labor market, accounting for up to 40 percent of the world's formal labor force.
