We are seeking a highly motivated bilingual Customer Service Representative (French/English) to join our team in BeeCall. As a Customer Service Representative, you are responsible for handling both sales and customer service tasks.

Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries through online chat, emails, and phone calls.
Assist customers in completing reservations and payments, providing guidance and support throughout the process.
Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely, efficient, and professional manner, catering to both hosts and travelers.
Update customer contact information and reservation details accurately in our booking management system.
Provide comprehensive information about available properties, rates, and company policies to assist customers in making informed decisions.
Proactively follow up on reservations, coordinating with property owners to ensure all necessary details are communicated.
Conduct post-booking follow-ups with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns.
Contribute to maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering superior customer service at all times.
Assist hosts with any issues related to their listings or other concerns they may have.
Manage claims and disputes, working towards fair resolutions for all parties involved.

Requirements:
Excellent French and English verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other customer service team members.
Availability to work on a shifting schedule, including nights, evenings and holidays.
