Some simple things to help you reach your weight loss goal
Kudos for getting to that place when you want to do it, it’s only then that you’ll be able to do it. Here some tips for achieving that weight loss
• Get a simple weight tracker App on your phone
• Set realistic targets, have an end goal and then break that into smaller bites
• Avoid alcohol in any form for the duration
• Learn how insulin and cortisol work in your body and you’ll be able to understand the fat storage process
• Disengage from people who tell you ‘here just a little slice of cake/glass of wine won’t set you back’. You can re-engage when you have reached your goal
• Get a coach or weight loss buddy and talk about what and how with family and friends
• A little exercise is good but don’t overdo it
• Don’t snack or drink soft drinks not even the zero calorie ones
• Stick to 1 or 2 meals per day, in the shortest window you can manage
• Only eat food that has a low glycaemic index
