This month we are auctioning off a 2 week (12 day) meal@plan.
The funds will go to one of our favourite charities (a local orphanage).

We have many great customers on our meal plans but I often choose to not promote this. Meal plans to us are custom and very personal.

Meal Plans do not have to be boring and mass produced. The Shack is renowned for producing delicious plans that you can stick to because they are awesome! Either eat in or take away.

So just make a bid on what you are willing to pay for a 2 week plan.

An example could be:

3 egg omelette plus coffee
Chicken breast brown rice veg
Salmon Grilled Quinoa Broc
Chicken breast veg
Shack Protein Shake

A 2 week plan like this is worth approx 9000 baht!

We will custom your plan for your individual needs. A max of 4 meals in a day 🙂
