Dear Students Participating in CWIE & Internship, Semester 2/2025,

Please be informed that the CWIE & internship evaluation process for Semester 2/2025 has been changed from an online format to a paper-based form.

The academic advisor will bring and hand the evaluation form to the organization during the supervision visit. We kindly request that the organization complete the evaluation during 4–8 May 2026 and proceed with one of the following submission methods:

Scan and submit the completed form via the online form prepared by the Internship Office, or

Return the completed form with the student on the presentation day.
