กรณีศึกษา “เมื่อสินค้าโช้คอัพเกาะกระแสการเปลี่ยนแปลงจากตลาดรถน้ำมันสู่รถ EV”

ปฎิเสธไม่ได้ว่าเราได้ยินชื่อเสียงของแบรนด์ Profender มากขึ้นเรื่อย ๆ ในช่วงนี้

Profender เป็นแบรนด์โช้คอัพไทยที่เริ่มจากการสร้างชื่อเสียงในตลาดรถกะบะและ SUV แต่เมื่อแนวโน้มของตลาดยานยนต์เปลี่ยนไปสู่รถเก๋งโดยเฉพาะรถ EV ทำให้ Profender ย่อมมีความท้าทายใหม่ และความท้าทายนั้นคือ จะต้องปรับสินค้าและแบรนด์อย่างไรให้ตอบโจทย์ตลาดที่ผู้บริโภคต้องการและให้พ้องกับเทคโนโลยีที่ทันสมัยมากขึ้น

กลยุทธ์ที่ใช้คือ เริ่มจากตลาดที่แข็งแรงที่สุด PICKUP/SUV แล้วค่อย ๆ รุกตลาดโช้ครถเก๋ง โดยใช้กลยุทธ์ ”เน้นความแข็งแรงทนทานในตลาด PICKUP/SUV” แต่เข้าสู่ Positioning ใหม่ในรถเก๋งเป็น “นุ่มนวล นั่งสบายมากขึ้น ทำให้รถที่ขับเสถียรขึ้น เน้นการปรับ Tuning ให้เหมาะถนนเมืองไทยโดยเฉพาะ” สอดคล้องกับ Lifestyle ของคนรุ่นใหม่ เพิ่มระบบ Adjustable Damping ที่ผู้ใช้ปรับได้เองตามสภาพถนน

Profender มีการเติบโตสูงในช่วง 3 ปีที่ผ่านมา เขาได้ตลาดที่ขยายเพิ่มขึ้นจากรถเก๋งและ EV ที่กำลังบูม ต่อจากนั้นใช้ภาพลักษณ์โช้ครถใหญ่กระโดดเข้าสู่ในตลาดโช้ครถมอเตอร์ไซค์อีกด้วย ภาพลักษณ์ก็แข็งแรงขึ้น เปลี่ยนจากโช้คอัพสายกระบะกลายเป็น โช้คอัพที่รองรับได้ทุกเซ็กเม้นต์
