ပူပြင်းတဲ့ နွေရာသီကုန်ဆုံးလို့ အေးမြတဲ့ မိုးရာသီကို တဖြည်းဖြည်း ကူးပြောင်းလာပြီဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဒီလို ရာသီဥတုအကူးအပြောင်းကာလမှာ သားသားမီးမီးတို့ ဖျားနာလွယ်တတ်တာမို့ မိဘအုပ်ထိန်းသူများအနေနဲ့ ကလေးတို့ရဲ့ ကျန်းမာရေးကို ပိုမိုဂရုစိုက်ပေးဖို့ အရေးကြီးပါတယ်။

☔ မိုးရာသီအသုံးအဆောင်များ ပြင်ဆင်ပေးခြင်း - ကျောင်းသွားကျောင်းပြန်ချိန်တွေမှာ မိုးမိခြင်းမှ ကင်းဝေးစေဖို့ ထီး၊ မိုးကာအင်္ကျီနဲ့ မိုးရာသီစီးဖိနပ်များကို အမြဲဆောင်ထားပေးပါ။

🍲 ကိုယ်ခံအားကောင်းအောင် ဂရုစိုက်ခြင်း- ရာသီတုပ်ကွေးနဲ့ အအေးမိခြင်းမှ ကာကွယ်နိုင်ဖို့ အာဟာရပြည့်ဝတဲ့ အစားအစာတွေနဲ့ ဗီတာမင်ကြွယ်ဝတဲ့ သစ်သီးဝလံတွေကို ပိုမိုကျွေးမွေးပေးပါ။

💧 တစ်ကိုယ်ရည်သန့်ရှင်းရေး- ကျောင်းကပြန်ရောက်တာနဲ့ လက်ဆေးဖို့၊ ရေချိုးသန့်စင်ဖို့နဲ့ ရေများများသောက်ဖို့ တိုက်တွန်းပေးပါ။

🧥 နွေးနွေးထွေးထွေး နေထိုင်ခြင်း - မိုးရွာလို့ အေးမြတဲ့ရက်တွေမှာ ကလေးငယ်တွေ နွေးနွေးထွေးထွေး နေထိုင်နိုင်အောင် အနွေးထည်လေးတွေ ထည့်ပေးလိုက်ပါ။

IGK Learning Centre အနေနဲ့လည်း ကျောင်းသား၊ ကျောင်းသူများအားလုံး ကျန်းမာရွှင်လန်းစွာ ပညာသင်ကြားနိုင်ရေးအတွက် ကျောင်းတွင်း သန့်ရှင်းရေးနဲ့ အဆောင် (Hostel) ပတ်ဝန်းကျင် သန့်ရှင်းရေးကို အထူးဂရုစိုက် ဆောင်ရွက်ထားပါတယ်။
