Location : Mae Sot, Thailand

Are you passionate about improving access to healthcare and strengthening continuity of care? Equal Health is seeking a Medical Coordinator to support telemedicine services for patients with diverse medical conditions in Mae Sot.
You will coordinate patient monitoring, support follow-up care, and work closely with the Senior Medical Coordinator and clinical teams at Mae Sot General Hospital to ensure quality telemedicine services.

What We’re Looking For:
• Medical Doctor (MBBS or equivalent)
• Experience in NCD management, primary care, or community health
• Strong understanding of diabetes and hypertension follow-up care
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with telemedicine platforms (Line/Viber, online tools)
• Basic data management skills (Google Forms/Sheets)
• Fluent in Burmese; English and/or Thai is an asset
• Ability to work in a multicultural and resource-limited setting
• Ability to provide telemedicine services both on-site at Mae Sot General Hospital and remotely from home
