❥ What you'll do:
• Manage online bookings from start to finish.
• Use our in-house booking software (training provided).
• Craft personalized offers, chat online with guests, and manage availability.
• Handle customer calls and reply to reviews.
• Collaborate with international partners like GetYourGuide, TripAdvisor, etc.
• Work closely with local suppliers in Southern Thailand.

❥ Who you are:
• Thai national, between 23-35 years old.
• Excellent English communication skills (speaking, reading, writing).
• Computer-savvy (iMac experience a plus).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a fast learner.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and a problem-solver with creative ideas.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A Bachelor's degree in English is required for this role, which demands strong writing, critical thinking, and communication skills.
