คุณสมบัติ
-เพศชาย/หญิง อายุระหว่าง 20–35 ปี
-บุคลิกภาพดี มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
-สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ (หากมีความสามารถภาษาที่สามจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
-รักงานบริการ มีความซื่อสัตย์ ขยัน และตรงต่อเวลา
-หากมีประสบการณ์ในสายงานโรงแรมหรือโฮสเทล จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
-ให้การต้อนรับและอำนวยความสะดวกแก่ผู้เข้าพัก
-ดูแลขั้นตอนการเช็คอินและเช็คเอาต์อย่างถูกต้องและสุภาพ
-ให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกของโฮสเทลและสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวบนเกาะสมุย
-รับจองห้องพักและตอบข้อซักถามของแขก
-ประสานงานกับแผนกและทีมงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อให้การบริการเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
-พร้อมที่จะเรียนรู้และฝึกฝนงานในหลายด้าน

เวลาทำงาน
ทำงานเป็นกะ (เช้า–บ่าย / บ่าย–ดึก)
สัปดาห์ละ 6 วัน

สวัสดิการ

วันหยุดประจำสัปดาห์

Qualifications:
-Male/Female, aged 20–35 years
-Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills
-Proficient in English communication (an additional language is an advantage)
-Service-oriented, reliable, punctual, and honest
-Previous experience in hotel or hostel operations will be considered an advantage
-Willing to learn and train to perform multiple roles

Responsibilities:
-Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
-Provide information regarding hostel facilities, services, and local attractions
-Handle reservations and guest inquiries in a professional manner
-Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction

Working Conditions:
Shift-based schedule -(Morning–Afternoon / Afternoon–Night)
-6 working days per week
