Our garden specials; a combo of green curry with coconut shoot and local greens tempura (green banana, Gotu kola, spinach, and whatever else we have from the garden). A highly recommended combination with rice of course. 🌱🍌🥰

Bamboo krapao with squid 🦑: From we get our fresh and organic bamboo shoots that we then prep in our kitchen. The bamboo really compliments the flavors of krapao adding sweetness and crunchiness to the dish.

We grow all the things we can in our garden and make use as much as we can. There still a lot of things that we have not quite figured out yet what we can make with it, it’s always fun finding it out.
