This was my second Kambo experience, and what stood out most wasn’t just the physical process, but everything that unfolded after.

I came in with the intention to be more intentional in my daily practices, strengthen my routines, and feel more aligned. I also wanted to be more confident and authentic, to trust the universe more, and to not be afraid to speak my truth.

At first, the experience was very physical and intense. The purge was difficult, and I felt drained afterward. But in the days that followed, something shifted. Situations began to arise that triggered emotions within me.

Instead of avoiding them, I allowed myself to fully feel them without resistance.

Through that, I was able to trace those emotions back to their origin. I could see how some had been living in me since childhood, patterns I had internalized without realizing it. It felt like accessing something stored in my system and finally bringing it into awareness.

Kambo somehow gave me the courage to sit with my emotions in a deeper way. Like the experience itself, some emotions feel intense at first, but when you stop resisting and allow them, something shifts.

Life started to flow in a way that felt almost magical. I realized what I truly needed was simple, to be more present and let go of control. This experience reconnected me with a deeper trust, like there is an intelligent force guiding us when we have the courage to surrender.

I’m deeply grateful for this experience and for everything this journey has opened within me.
