👆In case of Inpatient, for admission please provide your insurance card and your insurance certificate to the medical staff or call one of our emergency numbers.

👉-In case of hospitalisation (Inpatient) the platform pays directly to the hospital after the medical report has been sent by the hospital to the company.

👉-In case of last-minute outpatient, the insured advances the payment and send to [email protected] the hospital bill, medical report, bank account number, home or office address.

👆Claim is paid back within 48 hours after the medical report sent by the hospital. The patient has to advance the payment, because it takes time to send the medical report and medical history from the hospital to company.
