ตัดสินใจซื้อบ้านราคาหลายล้านบาท โดยเชื่อโดยสุจริตว่าเป็นเจ้าของโดยชอบด้วยกฎหมาย

แต่เมื่อถึงเวลาจะเข้าใช้ประโยชน์ในทรัพย์สินของตนเอง กลับไม่สามารถเข้าอยู่ได้
เนื่องจากมีบุคคลอื่น (จำเลย) เข้าครอบครองและอยู่อาศัยในบ้านหลังดังกล่าว
ทั้งที่บุคคลดังกล่าว ไม่ใช่เจ้าของกรรมสิทธิ์ในทรัพย์พิพาทแต่อย่างใด

📌 คำถามสำคัญคือ
“สิทธิของผู้ซื้อโดยสุจริตควรได้รับความคุ้มครองเพียงใด?”

คดีนี้จึงไม่ใช่แค่เรื่องบ้าน
แต่เป็นเรื่องของ “สิทธิในทรัพย์สิน” ที่กฎหมายต้องให้ความเป็นธรรม

และในฐานะทนายความต้องดำเนินการต่อสู้คดีอย่างเต็มที่ เพื่อให้ลูกความได้รับสิทธิที่ควรได้รับ

💔 The plaintiff made the difficult decision to purchase a house worth millions, genuinely believing that they had legally acquired full ownership.

However, when the time came to take possession of the property, they were unable to do so. Another individual (the defendant) was already occupying and residing in the house—despite having no legal ownership rights over the disputed property.

📌 The key question is:
“To what extent should a good-faith purchaser be protected under the law?”

This case is not just about a house—
it is about property rights and the protection that the law must to ensure fairness.
