I was hoping to get a speed workout in outside this morning but unfortunately the air quality was too poor. Instead I adjusted my plan and did my workout on the treadmill.
2km warmup
2 x2 km @12.5kph
1 km recovery between each rep
3 x 1 km @ 12.3kph
2 km cooldown
Although I’m not a huge fan of the treadmill, I loved having my support crew there for the end ❤️

Tuesday: 5x 1 km on the treadmill (thanks PM2.5 🥲)
Thursday: easy 6km
Saturday: 22km long run
I’m excited to get into the groove of my new schedule and flexibility to run during the week. Here’s to hoping the air quality is good enough to take advantage of of my time to run outside 🫠🫠
