BEYOND EXPECTATIONS

One of our long-standing tenants has decided to come back to reside with us and this was the perfect opportunity to show our appreciation. So we decided to make small improvements regardless of big expenses.

1.) Relocate the air-conditioning unit in order to raise the curtains and block as much sun light as possible, keeping the room cool even in summer.

2.) Install additional spotlights in the ceiling
1 x over the bed headrest for reading
1 x over the mirror in the bathroom

3.) Provide additional electrical appliance for convenience - MICROWAVE

4.) Install additional power-points for the fridge as well as the microwave.

5.) Powerful water heater for showers in the winter.

6.) Configuration of furniture as needed by the tenant.

We have upgraded the lightnings as well as increased the number of power-points in the room to facilitate our future tenants. We have also provided additional furniture to accommodate tenants who are constantly challenged with work loads and for some where working from home is a necessity during COVID-19 pandemic. In doing so, a study or a work area is created overlooking the garden and the very best greenery of fields and mountain ranges in the distance during the rainy seasons. A new shower heater has been installed to keep our tenants warm during unusual winters and a new refrigerator to keep all things cold during swelling summers. Oversized wardrobe is also provided instead differentiating from other rooms alike.

Whenever a tenant has vacated the room, renovations are a must at our property bringing each room to its immaculate condition. Making sure that the room is flawlessly ready for the next tenant has been our mission since day one and this principle has become a part of our corporate culture. This year, we have upgraded the room with additional lights and power outlets to give brighter ambience and convenience to our future tenants.
