Thank you so much to you all for choosing our small place of love to stay for your trip in Chiang Rai, Thailand.
We did work hard and try hard to survive, being on service through the massive 3 years of the COVID-19 outbreaks.
Yeah, we are still here, waiting for all of you to come back, and so welcome for everyone who is thinking to visit the northern region of Thailand.

This message is an honest opinion and that is why it is a bit long. You are welcome to read through it.

I live in USA. Being someone from Thailand, I am no different when it comes to finding a good place to stay when I want to visit the beautiful northern most city (province) on my home visit. I am a nature lover and I choose a place to stay closer to the local people where I can access means of local transportation in a walking distance. However, it depends on how you view "walking distance". All travelers walk! I am a hiker so I can walk very far as it is fitness. I enjoyed my time checking out the areas nearby seeing smiles from the locals.
I did go to Night Bazaar but had least interest in being in the crowd. It depends on what you want. This hotel is not too far from the city center at all.
I went by myself from Bangkok but I made a whole bunch of friends while being there. I inspired them to wake up very early to enjoy the street walk where you can find food vendors. I was aiming for rice porridge. They will not be there until late morning. It was one of the nicest mornings of my trip.
If you sleep in, the hotel owner can offer breakfast at reasonable prices. I believe the kitchen is open around 8 a.m.

By talking to a lot of local people and even the bus drivers, I have learned that there are more mountains and local villages where I want to visit in the future. Leaving from Jansupar Court to the bus terminal then to wherever you want to go, it was not a problem for me at all. I visited the White Temple, the Black House, The Golden Triangle, Mae Sai, the northernmost spot.

Remember to smile and be friendly with everyone you met.
