If you like beautiful trees, flowers, classic woodwork with a mix of contemporary design, it just doesn't get better than this. This place is a piece of art where every little detail has been taken care of. This is a family homestay run by a lovely couple, who really go out of their way to take care of their guests. If you are someone who is used to staying in big corporation run hotels and wants your sheets and towels washed every day, or cannot deal with things one finds in nature like mosquitos, house lizards or fallen leaves in the garden, this may not be the place for you unless you come with an open mind.
The home-stay is exquisite, and dinner service is delicious but for us the surrounding area was also remarkable. You can borrow commuter bikes for free 💕, or pay a small price to rent gear bikes and take a scenic 8km one-way path to a scenic little waterfall where there was no one on the upper falls when we went. It was such a beautiful experience all in all!
