RealSpace Creative is hiring — Space & Community Manager
We're looking for someone to run our coworking space in Chiang Mai during evening hours. You'd be the person who keeps the place alive, brings in new faces, and makes sure everyone who walks in wants to come back.
The role:
You'll manage the space from 5pm to midnight. Welcoming people, handling day passes and memberships, keeping things running smoothly, and making the space feel like somewhere people actually want to be. You'll also run our coworking social media, posting content that shows off the space and the community, and actively work on getting more people through the door — whether that's through online presence, local partnerships, or events.
What we're looking for:
Someone sociable, reliable, and self-motivated. You don't need a marketing degree, you need to be the kind of person who naturally makes a room feel good and isn't afraid to put yourself out there to grow something. If you can take a decent photo on your phone, write a caption that doesn't sound like a robot, and hold a conversation with a stranger, you're most of the way there.
Details:
Full-time, evening shift (5pm–midnight)
Starting at 12,000 THB/month
Based in Chiang Mai
Bonus if you:
Speak Thai and English
Have experience in hospitality, cafés, or coworking
Can do basic graphic design for promo posts
