One of our bathroom views on the Lakeside Residence. I think it’s very important to really feel part of a project and build a rapport with my team, be the boss but pick up a broom, be the investor and wage payer but run bricks and concrete in a barrow, make the tea and sit with the labourers at lunch break, treat people as your equal and respect all the jobs and services they provide. I paid for private Covid tests for all of our team, they all wear masks and keep this site spotless and clean. I want Tula Developments projects to be respected, so I must respect the laddies & gentleman that work with me. I’ve done my half day shift (that’s enough!) and I left them 1000 baht to get some beers after working on Sunday for me, said goodbye in my broken Burmese & Thai language to all of them individually asking their names. I’ve personally worked on many jobs since I was 13 years old, labouring. I’ve worked in many industries, in many countries, met many people and learned many things.
