Project Update: Batu Bara EcoEnergy Phase 2

The Phase 2 building is taking shape on the southern and western sides of the property—typically the hottest directions. But we chose to use full glass facades anyway because those sides face lush green gardens filled with large trees, and beyond that lies over 70 rai (27+ acres) of untouched, tree-filled land.

This gives the Phase 2 building a stunning 180-degree panoramic view of greenery, creating a peaceful, resort-like atmosphere for work—right in the heart of the city. Step outside, and the BTS station is just at a few steps away.

This is the unique blend of nature and convenience that sets our project apart.

อาคารเฟส 2 ตั้งอยู่ทางทิศใต้และทิศตะวันตกของที่ดิน ซึ่งแม้จะเป็นทิศที่ร้อนที่สุด เรากลับเลือกใช้กระจกเต็มบาน เพราะด้านนี้คือสวนของโครงการที่เต็มไปด้วยต้นไม้ใหญ่ และยังติดกับที่ดินตาบอดขนาดกว่า 70 ไร่ที่อุดมไปด้วยต้นไม้ใหญ่เช่นกัน

ผลลัพธ์คือ อาคารเฟส 2 จะได้วิวพาโนรามา 180 องศาของพื้นที่สีเขียวร่มรื่น เสมือนได้ทำงานในรีสอร์ทท่ามกลางธรรมชาติ แต่ถ้าแค่เดินออกมาหน้าปากซอย ก็ถึงสถานีรถไฟฟ้าแล้ว

นี่คือความพิเศษของโครงการที่ผสมผสานระหว่างธรรมชาติและความสะดวกสบายในเมืองได้อย่างลงตัว

Our vision for the Batu Bara EcoEnergy building is a serene office building amidst lush green garden with a pleasant atmosphere and a good environment. We want Batu Bara team to feel relaxed and enjoy coming to work every day, as if they were going to a resort. At the same time, the building must facilitate efficient and convenient work and have a professional image that aligns with corporate culture when viewed by outsiders.
