ตำแหน่ง BIM Coordinator

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบหลัก
ประสานงานและการตรวจสอบข้อขัดแย้งของแบบจำลอง (Model Coordination & Clash Detection)
การประสานงานร่วมกับทีมงานจากหลากหลายสาขาวิชาชีพในโครงการ

คุณสมบัติและข้อกำหนด
การศึกษา: วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาสถาปัตยกรรมศาสตร์ วิศวกรรมศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ทักษะด้านภาษา: สามารถสื่อสารภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (ทั้งการพูดและการเขียน)
ทักษะด้านมนุษยสัมพันธ์:
มีความเต็มใจที่จะเรียนรู้ เปิดรับฟังความคิดเห็น และพัฒนาตนเองอย่างต่อเนื่อง
มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดีเยี่ยม มีความมั่นใจ และสามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้เป็นอย่างดี

ทักษะทางเทคนิค:
มีความรู้พื้นฐานในการใช้งานโปรแกรม Autodesk Revit และ Autodesk Construction Cloud (BIM 360/ACC)
คุ้นเคยกับการใช้งาน Google Workspace

Key Responsibilities
Model Coordination & Clash Detection
Coordinating with multi disciplinary in the project

Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Language Skills: Proficient in both Thai and English (both written and verbal)
Interpersonal & Soft Skills:
Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and continuously develop.
Great communication skills with confidence and highly collaborative spirit
Technical Proficiency:
Basic knowledge in Autodesk Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud (BIM 360/ACC)
Familiarity with Google Workspace

We are prioritizing candidates with a proactive learning mindset, strong analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills over prior industry experience. Comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided.
