BSI Field Trip | Learning Beyond the Classroom 🚀

On April 2, 2026, first-year BSI students had the valuable opportunity to visit CP All Public Company Limited, the sole operator of 7-Eleven in Thailand, under the Charoen Pokphand Group.

Led by Assoc. Prof. Kom Campiranon, Dean of the College of Innovation and instructor of SV200 Customer-Focused Innovation, this study visit brought classroom learning to life. Students attended a special lecture on Innovation Ecosystem Management, gaining insights into how a leading organization leverages innovation, technology, and strategic collaboration to create customer value and drive sustainable growth.

This immersive experience enabled students to connect theory with real-world practice, broaden their perspectives on customer-centric innovation, and better understand how innovation operates in today’s dynamic business environment.
