You must be able to think on your feet, be willing to learn new skills, and be open to the possibility of advancement in the baking and management areas.

Ideal candidates will also have smoothie and / or coffee barista and cooking experience (omelettes, etc.) but willing to train the right person.

We would love if you are also able to take on elements of social media engagement activities (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

Must be able to handle slow and busy times with a smile and be able to wash dishes, wipe tables, sweep floor, stock shelves, and serve food in between making the customers happy.

Must be able (or willing to learn) to operate cash register (Ocha POS) in English and learn the prices of items quickly.

Rapid promotion for the right person. Starting with minimum wage but will advance dependent on your reliability.
