Congratulations to our fresh graduate, Aticha Rungrojpattanaseree, who was selected to become the Management Trainee . The Hilton Management Trainee Program is an 18-month long advanced training program aimed to prepare young talented trainees to be ready for a middle management position after completing the program.
This hands-on program begins with a general rotation during the first 4 months to all departments within the hotel. Following the general rotation, the next eight months are focused primarily on developing skills and knowledge of their selected area of specialization. Then the final months will focus on supervisory function duties, leadership and people management.
During the training period, the Management Trainee will receive competitive salary and benefits as a Hilton team member. Upon completion, the Management Trainee can expect an actual placement for a management position at the host hotel.

All of us at would like to congratulate our 2nd year student Pimpatha Tangtiyapun (Bam) for being the 1st Runner up of "The Future of Incentive Travel by Year 2030" Talk held on 29th August 2019. The event was held as part of Thailand MICE Forum 2019 where leading MICE professionals in Thailand gathered. From 27 May to 1 June 2019, our faculty members were invited to meet with the Mayor of Unzen which is part of the Nagasaki Prefecture in Japan to officially discuss the educational cooperation program between KITMAN and Unzen Town.
Unzen is a very well-known destination among international and Japanese tourists as a picturesque hot spring resort town. We are very honored that Mr.Hidesaburo Kanazawa, Mayor of Unzen has extended his invitation to welcome our 3rd year KITMAN students to gain international exposure by working at famous onsen resorts in this beautiful town for 4 months during January to April next year.
This is an excellent opportunity for our students to gain valuable work experience – at KITMAN, we believe in learning through experience!

To round off the Food & Beverage Operations class for our 3rd year KITMAN students, a special class was held at H-Cafe by our special guest lecturer, Mr. Danny Yueng, who is the Managing Partner & Mixologist of the famous Smalls Bar on Satorn Road. Danny graduated with a Hospitality Management Degree from Canada and he shared with us his years of experience and knowledge on Bar Management as well as cocktail making basics. He was accompanied by his lovely partner, P'Bowie Nalinee Theerachak.
We learned many tips and techniques from both guest lecturers and had a lot of fun making and sampling various types of cocktails - because at KITMAN, we believe in learning through experience!
