Already recognised as one of Bangkok's leading fine dining destinations, Maison Dunand has entered a new chapter with the introduction of the Cuisine of the Alps. Koktail recently experienced chef Arnaud Dunand Sauthier's latest culinary vision, inspired by the ingredients, landscapes and traditions of the mountain regions of France, Switzerland and Italy.
The menu explores the broader culinary culture of the Alps, shaped by altitude, seasonality and generations of mountain living. Ingredients such as Alpine cheeses, dairy from high pastures, cold water fish, rye and buckwheat are presented through contemporary techniques. Having built his reputation in some of France's most respected kitchens before leading Le Normandie to two Michelin stars in Bangkok, chef Arnaud has now chosen to return to the flavours and traditions that first shaped his culinary identity.
This vision is expressed through a chef-led experience that evolves with the seasons and offers one of the region's few dedicated explorations of Alpine cuisine.
Maison Dunand is located in Sathorn Soi 10. Lunch is served on Fridays and Saturdays, with dinner available from Tuesday to Saturday. Tasting menus start from THB 4,950++.
