Le yoga dans toutes ses facettes holistiques, livré en alternance:
- sur le tapis avec Fabienne : à la découverte du Yoga physique & emotionnel
- hors du tapis avec Jeenal: à la découverte de la philosophie, psychologie, style de vie du Yoga et de la sagesse des Sutra de Patanjali.

Le programme est OUVERT à tous, que vous nourrissiez le rêve d'enseigner le yoga ou que vous souhaitiez le comprendre et le vivre.

Maintenant accessible EN LIGNE et dans les deux langues (Français/Anglais) depuis Bangkok, à des fuseaux horaires qui conviennent bien à l'Europe et à l'Asie (alternativement, un cours du matin et du soir).

Honoured and excited to share tomorrow on my main subject of study and application for the past 4 years: YOGA and COACHING. With ICF Bangkok Chapter Coaches and guests we will explore how yoga and coaching support each other to enhance coaching presence.
Tomorrow my intention is to explore one of the most critical ICF coaching talent to co-create an effective coaching relationship: PRESENCE (possibly as it encompasses all the others).
We will explore how and why learning from the ancient tradition of yoga can help us on our journey towards self-discovery, self-understanding and beyond presence to self, to others and to a larger context.
