AMASS Architect

This project is a renovation of a 5-story building, nearly 30 years old, with a total area of over 1,900 square meters, located in the Chokchai 4 area. With the owner's vision, the building is being transformed into a venue for special events that can accommodate over 200 guests. Around 40% of the building will be used as the head office for more than 70 employees and a product showroom to expand the existing business, all designed in a European architectural style.

Architectural Identity
To create a distinctive identity, the design team chose to give the building a European-style façade. Curved lines and symmetrical axes form a series of archways connecting the first and second floors, creating an open and grand impression. Decorative mouldings with detailed profiles were used to highlight architectural features.

Sun Abss is a compact café located in the Udomsuk area. It was from the owner's desire to transform a small space next to their house into a cozy café with its own unique character.
