- Develop design concepts, perform space planning, create mood boards, and visualize in 3D.
- Select materials, FF&E items, and decorative elements with budgeting and procurement in mind.
- Prepare presentations and attend client meetings to communicate design ideas and coordinate feedback.
- Produce tender/construction drawings and liaise with contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work aligns with design intent and quality standards.
- Review and approve shop drawings and material submissions.
- Support turn-key project ex*****on when required.
