Due to the Office of International Affairs annual faculty staff seminar from May 25-27, 2026, visa processing will be impossible during this period. Therefore, the Office of International Affairs, Faculty of Engineering kindly requests that students/postdoctoral/departments staff submit all necessary visa-related documents required to the International Affairs office, Faculty of Engineering by Friday, May 21, 2026, at 14.00 p.m., in order to ensure timely processing, and pick up the documents at our office (Truelab, Building 3) by Friday, May 21, 2026, at 16.45 p.m.
Alternatively, you can email [email protected] directly is faster response more, and we will reply back as soon as possible.
We will resume normal operations on May 28, 2026.

As the Office of International Affairs and Networks, responsible for issuing visa documents for international students, will be unable to process visa applications during the following dates in May 2026, when the Vice President will be on overseas assignments since May 9-15, 2026 and May 28 - June 4, 2026.
Therefore, the Office of International Affairs and Network would like to inform you of the following guidelines for visa issuance during this time: Please send all visa-related memos requiring immediate processing to the Office of International Affairs by Thursday, May 7, 2026, at 10.00 a.m. to ensure timely processing.
