Believing VS Destiny.

People always said that " if you believe you will achieve ".Do you believe so?
How about " Destiny "?

I believe in destiny and am confident that "What belongs to you it will be yours one day".This is so-called destiny?

This is a true story and it has happened directly to me.
I know a guy his name is Sura, One day he calls me and said that
Sura " Hey, I was invited by one of its staff to join a company to which I used to work with as a sub-contractor because he just wanted to leave by end of this June 2022 and seriously wanted me to replace him I ( Sura ) told him my English is poor my qualification may not meet the company need but no worries I would recommend some of my friends to apply for.

Yes, He did recommend ( including me ) 4 quantity surveyors ( QS ) you know unbelievable, those 4 QS'S used to work together a long time ago.

Those 4 QS were interviewed, and the company was interested in one guy named "Cusan".

Cuban was choosed but unable to suddenly join he needs some time to notify his old company due to the condition of the contract but the company wants immediate occupied then he denied.

Then one-day company recall Sura and said that if you are still interested to join us you are welcome and we can negotiate your salary.

Today he is working in this company as a permanent employee.
So you see as I mentioned earlier that.
"What belongs to you it will be yours one day".

Will this story prove in betwen "Believing " or " Destiny " which one is more powerful.
It is your own decision which one is?
