5 ways to Become a Morning Runner.
1. Get enough sleep.⥠make sure to get to bed 7-8 hours âĄ
2. Prepare your clothes ahead of time.
(set out your clothes, equipment and check the weather the night before.)
3. Warm up, and take it slow.
(You need to let your body adjust to getting up.)
4. Find friend, and be gentle with yourself.
(It's important to remember that this is a process.)
5. Embrace the movement.
(Sometime you have to just do it, and remember that the motivation will come later)
