The KMIDS ROTC Programmes

King Mongkut's International Demonstration School is organizing a series of preparation activities for students planning to take the physical fitness test for enrollment in the ROTC (Reserve Officers' Training Corps) program. These activities will take place between August and September 2024. The program is designed to help students build the physical strength, stamina, and mental resilience necessary to successfully pass the ROTC fitness requirements. Students will engage in a range of exercises, including endurance training, strength conditioning, and flexibility drills, all aimed at ensuring they are fully prepared to meet the rigorous standards set by the ROTC.
