RASA One

The existing RASA Towers (Towers A and B); originally built in 1992, are undergoing renovation into Grade A office buildings with a total lettable area of 45,000 m2 (approx.) and achieving LEED Gold certification.

InGen Design, in collaboration with Design 103 International Limited, is honored to support RASA Group with structural engineering design services. Our key services include evaluating the building’s existing structural conditions through various on-site tests, structural strengthening, and design supports for the required structures to accommodate new architectural functions/features and building services.

Nish*tetsu Hotel Croom Bangkok Silom - The first "CROOM" brand hotel outside Japan

The new hospitality development is the second Japanese-style hotel in Bangkok by the Nish*tetsu group (also known as The Nishi-Nippon Railroad Company Ltd.). The hotel was designed to create a tranquil retreat as the home on your journey and has recently celebrated its Grand Opening on September 9th, 2024. The hotel is conveniently located in Saladaeng, Silom, one of Bangkok’s vibrant CBDs with a short walk from the BTS Saladaeng station. (https://nnr-h.com/croom/bangkoksilom/en/)

InGen Design is proud to support Thai Shimizu; the main contractor, for a Design-Built approach on this project. Key structural design implemented are design optimization on pilings using parametric design and optimization on column grids to achieve minimum floor thickness with high ceiling space. Interactions between temporary pile walls and permanent retaining walls with excavation sequences have been thoroughly considered to achieve both economical and safe designs. Structures are designed to ensure cost-efficiency and fast-track construction, adhering to both local regulations and rigorous Japanese standards and practices.
