ทางเราขออภัยอย่างจริงใจสำหรับปัญหาทางเทคนิคด้านการปรับจูนระบบเสียงที่เกิดขึ้นจากทีม OB ระหว่างการจัดงาน Virtual Concert เมื่อวันที่ 22 พฤศจิกายน 2568 สำหรับผู้ที่ซื้อบัตรเข้าชมแบบออนไลน์หรือ ได้เข้าร่วมในงานอีเวนท์นี้ ทางเราขอมอบสิทธิ์การรับชมออนไลน์เพื่อชดเชยในวันที่ 20 ธันวาคม 2568 ตั้งแต่เวลา 12.00 น. จนถึง วันที่ 23 ธันวาคม 2568 เวลา 12:00 น. เป็นเวลา 72 ชม. โดยทาง Ticketmelon จะมีการส่งอีเมล์แจ้งช่องทางการเข้าชมย้อนหลังทางอีเมล์ที่ทุกท่านใช้ในการชำระเงิน
