Hello everyone! I feel very fortunate to have worked with you all, and I truly appreciate your support throughout these years. At the moment, I am unable to offer group sessions due to other work and projects, so I am currently providing private coaching only.

My private coaching services include both physical-focused and support-focused sessions.

🧡 Physical-focused services include: movement foundations, yoga practice, and acrobatics-focused skills.

💛 Support-focused sessions to support your work–life balance across areas such as leadership, management, personal matters, and relationships. Sessions may include gentle supportive dialogue, sound therapy, and guided physical awareness.

We were doing some handstands and human flags today, and here’s a recap from our training:

- Me? I just introduced you how to use the tools that can help you reach where you want to be. And to get there, there are conditions.
- Look into conditions 1, 2, or 3. Which one should you work on first? Then start working on yourself with whatever you have. Yes, I can see what you have (now)
- Then you’ll be ready. When you’re ready, balance will find you. Once balance finds you, you’ll know how to stay in it. You can stay there as long as you align with it.
- It’s your choice to go back and forth, adding to each condition. You already know what they are… just do it.
- It works for you because you’re learning, and you learn because you welcome the lessons.
- I didn’t say I’m right, so please correct me if I’m wrong. There’s so much to learn, and I learn from you too.
- I am also a tool. So yes, please use me. You’re welcome. If there’s nothing new for you to learn, then you’ll know. I hope you have fun and enjoy our session.
