Gravlax. A classic cured salmon that everyone love. We use only Sashimi-grade salmon and cured with the traditional recipe that has been passed down in the family. Once cured, the salmon lose about 1/3 of its weight in water and fat and the result is a lean and flavorful meat perfect for breakfast, toast salad or even by itself. You can order by gram (100g per portion) or simply order as a salad.
