Last few weeks we have placed a lot of emphases on power and drive specifically from the hip while working on improving speed and strength in specific areas

Going to be an interesting and most definitely an entertaining fight

Always a pleasure working with this guy, never has he questioned, you ask him to perform and he goes above and beyond, he knows the results he gets from every minute of grind he puts in
