Rose-like inclusion 🌹 A flower-like feature trapped within quartz, showing rosette-like morphology and deep red reflections. Raman spectroscopy later confirmed the inclusion as hematite — nature’s own Valentine formed during crystal growth.

Pargasite occurs as rod-like to needle-shaped crystals enclosed in pinkish-orange spinel. These inclusions are characteristic of metamorphic environments and are useful for identifying the origin of spinel, such as those from Myanmar (Mogok) and Tanzania. Photomicrography by N. Susawee
