We shared toys, stationery, bicycles, blankets, and lots of good vibes with children at:

From Education to Employability: Our Industry Commitment through CWIE

Senior Aerospace (Thailand) Limited was honored to be invited by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation to contribute as an industry representative in the Cooperative and Work Integrated Education (CWIE) Workshop, engaging with faculty members and academic leaders from higher education institutions across Thailand’s central region.

Representing Senior Aerospace Thailand, Ms. Pimpanit Khunsong HR Manager, shared practical insights from the industry and HR perspective—focusing on how organizations can actively contribute to developing students who are truly ready for real work environments.

The session went beyond academic frameworks and addressed a critical question:
How can education and industry intentionally co-design learning that builds employability, not just qualifications?

Key perspectives shared included:

strategic collaboration with universities in CWIE and internship programs

development of mindset, ownership, and work attitude alongside technical skills

integrating students into real operational settings to build true work readiness

building a sustainable talent pipeline aligned with long-term business needs
