Minister Owen joins looting at Christian University

The Eswatini Medical Christian University (EMCU) has become a cesspit where anyone with access gets to be paid exorbitant allowances for just about any reason given in a claim form. Even Minister for Education and Training, Owen Nxumalo and his Principal Secretary, Naniki Mnisi are in on the looting of government funds at the university. Ridiculous claims, such as the minister taking trips outside the country to examine how dead bodies are processed in medical institutions will get him a juicy allowance.
