5 MISTAKES I MADE AS A FIRST TIME PERFORMER (don't repeat edition)
1. No clearly set playlist. For my very first performance, I didn't map out anything. I went in there with blind faith in my music and that proved to be a mistake. Map out your whole performance and practice it thoroughly.
2. Zero crowd interaction. As a first time performer, my focus was on singing my songs π€¦πΎββοΈ I paid no mind to the audience and the fact that they had no idea who the hell I was. Don't do that.
3. Cu$$ing. Yes I'm a Hip Hop artist, and I know how the culture is and how we express how we feel. But honestly, you're performing in Eswatini. You can actually FEEL them withdraw each time you cuss㪠very cringe. Don't let that be you
4. Very long set. This wasn't on my first but along the line and I think it's important. Don't make the sets too long. You're not my favorite artist (yet) do your thing and leave me wanting more.
5. Hang around (advice) it's very wise to hang around and interact with the people there. Don't leave immediately after your set, get feedback from the audience, other performers, judges if y'all are competing, but just get that feedback. It'll go a long way

THE RETURN OF HIP HOP
At around this time last year, I was asked the question "What was it like being a Hip Hop artist in Pigg's Peak?" This was my honest response and truly the only response you're gonna get from me.
Weeks and months after I posted this for the first time, I noticed a lot of people catching on,a lot of eyebrows were raised and a lot of questions were asked but I'm pretty sure I answered everyone who stepped to me and made it crystal clear what those words meant. If you've got a question or a comment, there's no better time than the present π―βπΎ
I have an extensive local playlist with meπ₯. Not just for competition, but because I love hearing homebred music and hearing what local creatives have to sayπ―
Check out my playlist for yourself and give a shout-out to the artist if you see a song you likeβπΎπ please suggest more Eswatini music for me to vibe with, I'm here for itπ―βπΎ
When you rap along to Fo' Minute Freestyle, make sure you rap the right lyrics ππΎππ₯π― check the video out on my YouTube https://youtube.com/shorts/XRe2JvvoSuo?si=iLuPPd10LbtJoTNj
